Yes, the 702 has EU homologation and is road-legal. Our first sales dealers will be available in Paris and London areas.

You can return your motorcycle within 14 days of the day you received it, if it is in new and original condition. The shipping costs associated with returning the motorbike are at your own charge and the motorbike must be in its original packing and not exhibit any signs of usage. Alternatively, we will accept returns at our own discretion and apply a restocking fee of 15%.

We give a two-year warranty on our motorbikes. Our sustainability pledge to continue to support them and keep them running for as long as possible.

An electric motorcycle requires no oil changes, fuel filters, spark plugs or emission checks. Instead we offer an annual Maintenance Inspection of your vehicle to check the battery and electronics systems and implement any available upgrades that improve your motorbike.

We add silicon gel to all the electrical connections and there is not really any possibility of creating a shortcut. But still it is important to be careful not to allow water to collect in pools inside the motorbike which may cause corrosion. For this reason we do not recommend to use any hose with water jet. The better way is to use a cloth, soap and a bucket of hot water. Our tip to polish the panels - use e.g. a furniture polish like Pronto. It's cheap and just as effective as specialist products.

The Type 702 is in European vehicle class "L3e-A1" (like 125cc). It is possible to ride A1 with a B car licence in the Czech Republic. Other countries like Austria require a 1-day basic training course without test. It's best to contact your local driving authorities as rules can change. With regards to safety, the 702 is not a beginner's bike and we prefer owners with a minimum of 3 years' experience by either car or motorbike.

Electric motorbikes can go on the motorways in Europe as long as they go fast enough to safely stay keep up in traffic. This means it would be OK, for example, to use our Type 702 since 140km/h suffices. Note e-motorbikes' range is significantly decreased at high speed.

Plug the charging cable into the bike's charger socket and the other end into any standard 120-240V AC household socket. Charging is completely automatic using custom electronic systems that will optimise the lifetime of the battery.

In the EU, it charges at a rate of 1650W from a domestic 220-240v socket. The 10kWh pack will therefore charge from 0% to 100% in ~6 hours. In other words, it's perfect for overnight charging. We chose this power level as being the fastest charge rate whilst still being safe to use almost anywhere. It is possible to charge a lot faster - even as quickly as 60 minutes with DC-DC charging - but we don't recommend this because it shortens the life of the battery as well as being less safe.

There is a meter in the instrument panel that reads just like a petrol gauge. If you are running low, a warning light will flash and we recommend you switch to the slowest mode. Electronics prevent over discharge.

The battery pack uses NCM Li-ion cells (the same manufacturer's cells as used by Tesla). They are proven safe according to the legal regulations of UN R136 tests and recyclable with a long lifetime when properly operated.

If looked after correctly, tests indicate a peak life of at least 2000 cycles over 10 years, which is in the range of approximately 400,000km. During this time, its capacity (and range) falls by around 20%, but of course it remains useable in the bike or maybe recycled. The pack contains sophisticated management systems and is maintenance free.
